Claim with Local Supplier or Vendor
- i. If the product have supploer or vendor at your nearby location, may send to them directly after we have communicate with them.
4. Time frame for the warranty claim ?
Depending of products. Some vendors accept for 1-to-1 exchange. But, majority of vendor will request to send in servicse centre to claim warranty.
Standard claim periods will take 2-3 weeks time to get it back to us. But, do expect at least will take max. 4-6 weeks time to received the claim's unit due to IT Comp
will perform the quality check before return to you. Anyhow, the worst senario will take 2 months if the claim's item facing manufacture stock supply shorage issue.
IT Comp will try to request the refund with supplier if the warranty claim's item take too long process.
4. Compulsory for Warranty Registration ?
No, But is adivsed to register online to easy the worries. For your information, IT Comp selling only genuine products, so, customer may choose to register online
at vendor website. Or you may just keep the receipt of purchase for further warranty claim.
